• Number of Beds: 40
• Patient Ratios: 5:1
• Equipment: Lite Gait, Biodex, Zero-G
• EHR: Epic

Patient Population: Adults with conditions including stroke, traumatic/non-traumatic brain injury, debility, amputation, non-traumatic spinal cord issues, cardiac/pulmonary patients, and neurological disorders (such as myopathy, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease).

Qualifications:

• Must have skills/experience:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
• Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with common diagnoses and treatments within the patient population listed above.
• Personality Fit:
  • Able to work cohesively within a team; therapy and nursing departments collaborate closely.
• Required Education:
  • BS/MS/DPT in Physical Therapy.
