Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position requires a commitment to providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in emergency department settings and be prepared to work night shifts.

Shift Details

• Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Patient Ratio: 1:7
• Block Schedule: Requested based on submission

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in an emergency department setting.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate health records.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and CPI certifications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department.
• Experience in direct patient care.

Additional Information

The healthcare facility operates with 14 beds, and each Registered Nurse maintains a patient ratio of 1:7. Scrub color required is royal blue, and the electronic medical record system utilized is First Net – Cerner.

Please note that requests for time off must be submitted within the appropriate packet and that there is a blackout period during Christmas.
