Position Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate start in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment. The facility focuses on the treatment and recovery of individuals suffering from severe injuries or illnesses, providing comprehensive rehabilitation services. Our aim is to maximize patients’ health, function, and quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programs.

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred

• Number of Beds: 34
• Patient Ratios: 1:7
• EHR: Pinpoint
• Patient Population: Ages 16 and older

Essential Functions

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and rehabilitation processes.

• Scrub Color: Eggplant for RN/LPN, Gray for CNA
• Time to Report: 6:45 AM
• Who to Ask for Upon Arrival: Charge Nurse
• Parking: Available anywhere in the parking lot not marked visitor
