• Float Requirements: Not typically floated; may float for 1:1 cases as needed

• Patient Ratios: RN 1:5, NA 10-12 (days), 20-22 (nights)
• Equipment: Pacer Alines
• EHR: EPIC
• Supervisor: Lisa Dean
• Patient Population: Cardiac Geriatric

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiac care experience
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Chest Pain, Myocardial Infarction, Open Heart Surgery, Watchman Procedure, TAVR, Postoperative Cardiac Catheterization, Postoperative Pacer Care
• Personality Fit: Positive attitude is essential
• Required Education: RN, BLS certification
