Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide critical care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.

Shift Requirements

• Day shift: 4×12 hour schedule (07:00 – 19:30)
• Holiday shifts will be required

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Indiana RN license and required certifications.
• Prior experience in Pediatric Intensive Care is preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills with the ability to handle complex patient situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
