LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position will provide high-quality care to patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Shift Details

• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Shifts Available: Day and Evening
• Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
• Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management and care strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role
• Current BLS Certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
