Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and compassionate environment for all patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in professional development activities and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; an associate degree in Nursing is acceptable.
• Previous nursing experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

This position may require working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet organizational needs. Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments and patient needs are essential.
