Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients’ conditions and care plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic techniques and assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
