We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a dynamic rehabilitation setting. This position focuses primarily on neuro and orthopaedic specialties, providing essential care to patients recovering from various conditions.

• Facility Department: Rehab, 593G
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: First
• Weekend Requirements: 2 weekend shifts per month
• Call Requirements: Not applicable
• Required Certifications: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Years of Experience: 1+

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 37
• Patient Census Range: 15-24
• Patient Ratios: 4 teams
• Equipment Used: Solo Step, Lite Gait
• EHR System: Cerner
• Supervisor: Megan Jansett

Patient Population

The ideal candidate will work with patients experiencing:

• Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA)
• Brain Injuries
• Spinal Stenosis
• Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
• Cardiac Conditions
• Lower Extremity Amputation

Skills and Experience

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Previous physical therapy experience, particularly in rehabilitation settings.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience working with adult patient populations.
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Experience with CVA, brain injuries, spinal stenosis, SCI, cardiac conditions, and lower extremity amputations.

Education

Required education includes a degree in Physical Therapy.
