Radiologic Technologist – X-Ray

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to various healthcare facilities. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services to patients across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
• Transport and set up portable X-Ray equipment at healthcare facilities to perform exams as ordered by physicians, ensuring clinically diagnostic and technically competent images.
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Maintain accurate records by scanning exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily in accordance with established protocols.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management to ensure coordinated operations.
• Maintain professional interactions with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle and X-Ray equipment.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid state license and ARRT Certification.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing required.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required, with the option for valid exemptions.
• Experience in mobile radiography preferred.

Physical Demands:

The position requires the ability to push/pull equipment weighing between 50 – 100 lbs. Use of ramps and pulleys may decrease the weight, but lifting and carrying may be necessary in some settings. The role may involve exerting force of 50 lbs or more multiple times throughout the day.
