Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for our healthcare facilities. Our nursing staff plays a crucial role in providing quality care to our residents, with a focus on both their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care to residents across multiple halls, with consideration for acuity levels.
• Collaborate with fellow nursing staff to maintain efficient operations and ensure adherence to best nursing practices.
• Manage patient care for a designated number of residents, adhering to our established patient-to-nurse ratio of 4 nurses per day shift and 3 nurses per night shift.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with established guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience, preferably in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Current and valid nursing license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered care approach.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, with overtime considered billable after 48 hours of work. Staffing will be evenly split and assigned per our operational needs.
