Overview

This state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The rehabilitation programs offer ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to the individual needs of patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to maximize health, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment strategies and patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to rehabilitation programs to meet individual needs.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and available resources.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and professional certification in rehabilitation or a related field.
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple patient needs and treatment plans.
