Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Ensure a safe and tidy treatment environment.
• Document patient care activities, progress, and outcomes in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Valid state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
