Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Long Term Care. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Shift Information

• Days
• 10-hour shifts

Contract Duration

This position is a 13-week contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to residents in a long term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a long term care setting.
• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
