Radiologic Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with a valid Virginia license to deliver high-quality imaging services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role requires strong IV skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures on patients while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective communication with patients and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to protocols and guidelines for imaging procedures, including the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) – Epic.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with a maximum response time of one hour.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of imaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia license as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT certified).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA.
• Minimum of two years of radiologic experience.
• Strong IV skills are essential.

Shift Details

This position requires working from Tuesday to Friday during night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Flexibility for weekends and holiday shifts is expected.

Additional Information

Orientation for the position will last a maximum of one week. Scrubs will be provided when working in the operating room; otherwise, any color except navy blue is acceptable.
