We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee food services in a healthcare rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality meal preparation, compliance with dietary guidelines, and efficient kitchen operations.

• Patient Population: Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Required Certifications:
  • One of the following: Registered Dietitian, Registered Dietetic Technician, Certified Dietary Manager, or an associate’s degree or higher in food service or restaurant management.
  • Food Protection Manager Certification from an ANSI-CFP program.
• Experience: Previous experience managing food services in a healthcare facility, acute care, or skilled nursing is highly preferred.
• Education: Associate’s degree or higher in food service or restaurant management.
