Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical for a travel position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team providing high-quality patient care.

Position Details

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Floating: Required between two Medical Surgical units

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of recent nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Active RN license.
