Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

The position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment to every other weekend.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Telemetry/Med-Surg is required. Candidates must possess the ability to read Telemetry/BCRA.

Certifications and Skills

• Active Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification required.
• Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR is mandatory; refresher classes are not available.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will primarily work on the 1S Observation unit but may be required to float to other Med-Surg units, including Respiratory, Stroke, and Cardiac units, as well as the Emergency Department if appropriately skilled.

Candidates will undergo testing for their telemetry skills on their first day. Immediate termination will occur if competency requirements are not met.

Holiday coverage is required.
