Job Description

We are seeking a contract Physical Therapist to work in a rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will contribute to the rehabilitation process, helping patients to improve their physical capabilities and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining movement and managing pain after injury or surgery.
• Develop individualized care plans and conduct initial assessments.
• Create and implement therapeutic exercise programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
