Licensed Practical Nurse Technician (LPT)

Overview

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse Technicians to join our team, focusing on providing high-quality rehabilitation care for patients recovering from various medical conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients receiving rehabilitation services.
• Assist in evaluating patients’ needs and contributing to their care plans.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, recording any changes and reporting them as necessary.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize specialized equipment and technology in patient treatment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
