Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and respond to patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress using the facility’s electronic medical record system.
• Participate in department meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to varied patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability Monday through Friday with a possible weekend rotation.
