Pharmacist Inpatient

Schedule Requirements

This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. The pharmacist will also be required to work every third or fourth Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pre-Screening and Interview Process

• Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine fit within established guidelines.
• If the clinical assessment is passed, candidates will be forwarded to the hiring manager for a final decision.
• Interviews will be conducted by the manager.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Current PA state license is mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC Beacon is required.
• Familiarity with Pyxis systems is mandatory.

Additional Information

• The pharmacist may be required to care for patients diagnosed with COVID.
• This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility; please notify potential candidates prior to submission.

Work Requirements

• Requested Time Off (RTO) is capped at a maximum of 7 days.
• Availability for weekend shifts is required every third or fourth Saturday.
• Holiday work may be needed as per operational requirements.

Unit Information

The pharmacist will work within the Acute Care Pharmacy setting, focusing on general inpatient pharmacy services.
