Job Description

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed for a 13-week assignment offering guaranteed 36 hours per week. The position requires the COTA to provide quality rehabilitative care in a therapeutic setting.

Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the supervising occupational therapist.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients under the guidance of occupational therapists.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
