Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position is integral in providing high-quality respiratory care within a short-term acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have their Washington State license in hand and be familiar with electronic health record systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient responses to therapy and modify care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical personnel to align treatment strategies with patient needs.
• Document patient care in the electronic health records system.
• Participate in continuous education and training initiatives to stay current in the field.

Position Details

• Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Ratios: 1:11

Qualifications

• Current Washington State license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Ability to float between different units as required.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record systems is preferred.
