Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in oncology nursing practices and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Information:

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 36 hours scheduled per week, with 24 hours guaranteed
• Must be willing to float to similar units or other locations as needed

Weekend Requirements:

To be determined by the facility.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 24 months of Oncology nursing experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Chemotherapy certification required
• Active state nursing license with no violations
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days, with no time off during the first week of assignment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Travel nursing experience is highly preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Complete cover page with flexibility on locations, shifts, and departments
• Resume detailing facilities worked, departments, trauma levels, and bed counts
• Completed oncology skills checklist within the last 12 months
• Active OCN certification from an approved vendor
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor
• Driver’s License for residency verification
