Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team. The successful candidate will work within an acute care environment, focusing on both adult and pediatric patients in an emergency room setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis risk assessments for both adults and pediatric patients.
• Provide mental health support in emergency situations.
• Maintain communication with healthcare teams and collaborate on patient care plans.
• Float between different units as required.
• Work designated shifts, including alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker.
• Experience in conducting crisis assessments in hospital settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule

The position requires working every other weekend during evening shifts from 5 PM to 3 AM. Flexibility to float between units is essential.
