Ultrasound Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to provide exceptional imaging services. The successful candidate will have expertise in general ultrasound procedures and a commitment to patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality imaging by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to interpret images and provide necessary clinical information.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging results.
• Operate ultrasound equipment effectively and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Active ARDMS, ARRT, or RVT certification required.
• ARDMS certification in abdominal (AB), obstetrics/gynecology (OBGYN), breast (BR), or vascular (RVT) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in ultrasound technology.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records system preferred.
• Experience with Philips ultrasound equipment is preferred.

Schedule

This position requires availability for the following shifts:

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Environment

This role is focused on outpatient services in a supportive and collaborative setting, emphasizing patient-centered care.
