Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Acute Neuroscience Unit. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions in a progressive care unit (PCU) setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care to individuals with neurological conditions.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and update care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and assist with treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on neurological health and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a PCU or similar environment.
• Experience with the EPIC electronic health record system is required.
• Availability to work every other weekend and two holidays per contract.

Shift Details

This position offers night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts, from 19:00 to 07:00.
