Occupational Therapist

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy in line with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support ongoing care and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• BLS certification.
