Registered Nurse (RN) – Interventional Radiology

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing specialized knowledge and skills. This role includes working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in interventional procedures.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Days, 4×9-Hour Shifts (07:00 – 17:30)
• Alternating 8-hour shifts available: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 10-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• On-call requirements: One weekend every four weeks plus 2-3 weekdays
• Must arrive within 30 minutes when on-call
• One holiday on-call required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during interventional radiology procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to anesthesia and sedation
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols in the unit

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Experience in neurointerventional procedures is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
