We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our team. This position offers a dynamic work environment, including potential floating to various departments such as ER, ICU, and PACU based on competency and comfort level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, and Postpartum units.
• Monitor and manage fetal health through AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring techniques.
• Stabilize both stable and sick infants, ensuring proper care and support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in delivering newborns and perform essential procedures as needed.
• Adhere to best practices and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Ability to manage both obstetric patients and stabilize infants.
• Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, NRP.
• STABLE certification preferred; OPS certification is a plus.
• Availability for block scheduling with a guarantee of 36 hours per week.

Shift Information:

This position requires availability for night shifts, working 3×12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
