LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Job Details

We are currently seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team in a Long-Term Care/SKILLED NURSING Facility. The successful candidate will work night shifts and participate in weekend and holiday rotations.

Shift Information

• Shift Type: Nights
• Shift Length: 12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
• Holiday Coverage: Yes

Work Schedule

The work week runs from Sunday through Saturday, with guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week.

Position Requirements

• Years of Experience: 1 year
• Certifications Required: BLS Certification

Facility Information

• Number of Beds: 78
• Nurse Ratios: 1:20 during day/evening shifts, 1:40 during nights
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Matrix

Patient Population

The facility caters to a general long-term care population, with an emphasis on providing effective short-term care services.

Orientation and Training

Location-specific orientation and training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Additional Information

This position does not require on-call or call-back availability. Overtime may be available based on the location’s needs.
