ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a critical care environment. Your duties will include:

• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and progress
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Responding to emergencies and coordinating care in critical situations
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the ICU Registered Nurse position should possess the following qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of two years of experience in an ICU setting preferred
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
