3×12 Night shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise.

Job Description

Join our Critical Care Float Pool and provide essential nursing care by floating to a variety of Intensive Care Units (ICUs) based on staffing and patient acuity. The potential units include:

• Neuro ICU
• Surgical ICUs
• Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
• Cardiology/Diagnostics
• CVICU
• SICU / MICU / NCCU

Float Policy

Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications – Required
• Proficiency with EPIC – Required
• Must have:
• IV Start experience
• Telemetry experience
• Ventilator management experience
• Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred

Parking Options

• WMC Monthly Permit: Guaranteed 24/7 parking in the designated garage.
• WB Annual Permit: Includes 24/7 surface parking and shuttle service.
• CXS Annual Permit: Includes access to surface parking and garage access on weekends and holidays.

Permits can be purchased online. Annual permits may qualify for a prorated refund for unused future months. Refund checks typically take 3–5 weeks to process. To avoid the next month’s charge, cancellation requests should be made by the last business day of the month.
