Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team on the night shift. This full-time position will involve working three 12-hour shifts each week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and perform assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Ohio or a compact state.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification are required.
