Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while demonstrating compassion and professionalism in a dynamic clinical environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and recovery plans.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care activities and discharge planning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and varied environment.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Schedule

This position requires availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed is appreciated.
