Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires commitment to providing high-quality patient care, including working during the holiday periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Contract Details

• Duration: 8 weeks
• Start Date: November 7
• End Date: January 7

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings.
• Monitor and document patient health status and responses to treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding healthcare plans and interventions.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/RN License in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of a DHHS background check.
• National, state, and county background verification.
• Pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Documentation of 2-step TB test, Hepatitis B vaccination, MMR vaccination, Tdap booster, and Varicella immunity.
