Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry

Position Information

• Specialty: Med Surg Tele
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: Nights, 1900-0700
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
• Assignment Length: 20 weeks
• Weekend Hours: As required by facility, every other weekend

Licensure and Certifications

• Required Licensure: Must hold a current RN License that meets the criteria for licensure in the state of Missouri or be currently licensed in the state of Missouri.
• Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only, NIHSS

Experience and Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 2+ years in Telemetry
• Float Requirements: As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit

Unit Information

• Patient Ratios: Estimated 4-6 patients per nurse
• Type of Patients on Unit: 50% Medical / 50% Telemetry adults only
• Equipment: Standard Nursing equipment on Tele unit
• EMR: EPIC
