Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg/Telemetry

Position Overview

This role is for a travel Registered Nurse specializing in Med-Surg and Telemetry. The position requires someone who is adaptable, skilled, and eager to provide quality care to patients in acute settings. The nurse will work night shifts, displaying a commitment to meeting the needs of patients during critical hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg/Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and quickly respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Med-Surg/Telemetry.
• Current RN licensure valid in the state of practice.
• Required certifications prior to start, as per the latest standards.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
