Acute Travel Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (RN-MS)

Position Summary

The Acute Travel Registered Nurse will provide quality and compassionate care to patients in a diverse and dynamic environment. The nurse will be responsible for delivering diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services, both within inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for individuals with complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient health, recording observations and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Current and valid nursing license.
• Required certifications relevant to the acute care environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of patient care.
