NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

The NICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to critically ill newborns in a neonatal intensive care setting. The position may require floating between units as needed.

Shift Details

• Shift: Day 4×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:00)
• Weekends: Required, with a variable schedule

Patient Ratios

The expected patient care ratios are:

• 1:1
• 1:2
• 1:3

Contract Duration and Hours

This position is available for a 26-week contract covering 48 hours per week. Alternative options of 13 weeks and 36 hours may be considered to assist in recruitment efforts.

Special Requirements

• Must possess relevant NICU experience.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
