Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. This position is available for a 13-week contract, offering day shifts.

Shift Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Days: Weekdays
• Hours: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM

General Guidelines

• Unit: Acute Rehabilitation and Medical Surgical
• Patient Ratios: 1 CNA to 6-8 patients
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends every 6 weeks
• No blocked scheduling

Contract and Attendance Policies

• Length of Contract: 13 weeks
• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 recent years as a CNA
• Facility Call-Off Policy: Up to 3 shifts can be called off without penalty or guarantee payment during the contract period
• Traveler Call Out Policy: 3 or more call outs will result in termination of the contract

Orientation and Charting

• Orientation can occur at either location, based on the start date
• Charting System: Sunrise
• Scrubs: Clean and professional scrubs required
