Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit, monitoring their vital signs, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and health status in a telemetry setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide excellent patient care in high-pressure situations.

Shifts

• 3 x 12-hour shifts
• Rotating day and night shifts
• Straight night shifts available upon request

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Experience in telemetry nursing preferred.
