We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (CNA/PCT) for a medical-surgical unit. This role involves providing essential support to nursing staff and assisting with patient care tasks.

Hiring Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Familiarity with procedures involved in patient tasks. Completion of orientation before beginning clinical duties on the nursing unit.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
  • A nursing student with a certification letter from a faculty member verifying completion of at least the first two semesters of an approved nursing program.
  • A graduate of a nursing program who is currently awaiting state board examination.
• Type of Patients on Unit: All patients
• Personality Fit: Must be able to work independently.
