ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a critical care environment while adhering to best practices and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding health issues and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies

Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting
• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must reside 80+ miles from the facility
• Valid driver’s license required

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts to manage patient care during overnight hours.
