Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT surgeries. Pediatric experience is preferred, although not required.
Work Schedule
- Available shifts: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with call, or 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts.
- Day shift: 06:30 AM – 07:00 PM for 12-hour shifts.
- Rotating days off and call required for 3×12 shift option.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
- Assist with surgical procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgery.
- Educate patients and families regarding post-operative care.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Operating Room nursing with specific skills in General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies effectively.
