Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Overview

Join our team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, providing essential respiratory care services. The position involves working a rotating schedule with various shifts to ensure continuous patient support.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respiratory status, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and therapy use.
• Perform diagnostic tests and maintain equipment according to established protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Current certifications, including ACLS, BLS, NRP, RRT, and a valid state license.
• Experience in pediatric and neonatal respiratory care is required.
• Willingness to obtain NRP certification before or immediately after the start date.

Schedule

This position requires a rotating schedule, including both day and night shifts.
