ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a critical care team. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. The role requires a strong foundation in ICU nursing, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.

Shift Information

• Day Shift: 3×12-Hour (06:45 – 19:15)
• Night Shift: 3×12-Hour (18:45 – 07:15)

Scheduling

Weekend shifts will be required every third week. Start dates are available as soon as possible, with options for any Monday.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Travelers with strong ICU experience are encouraged to apply, even if this is their first travel assignment.
• The traveler’s primary residence must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
