Mammography Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform a variety of mammography procedures in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3-D mammography techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, ensuring the highest quality of imaging.
• Utilize digital and 3-D mammography equipment to conduct tests according to established protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document all procedures accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Experience with Hologic imaging equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic systems is an advantage.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Mammography are required.

Work Schedule

This position offers a day shift with hours ranging from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM based on departmental needs. No call or weekend shifts are required.
