Job Description

This position is an 8-week assignment ideal for both seasoned professionals and new graduates. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care through the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation objectives, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
